Shipping Policy

 

At MyBetterPathHealth, we are committed to helping you stay on track with your wellness journey. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of physical products ordered through our website.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

Important Note on Prescription Medications: If your order includes prescription medications, additional processing time is required for our medical team to review your health profile and for the pharmacy to fulfill the prescription. Shipping timelines begin once the prescription is approved and handed to the carrier.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

We offer standard shipping to addresses within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states). Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

· Contiguous U.S. Delivery: Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after the order has shipped.

· Non-Contiguous U.S. (AK, HI, PR): Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. rterritories may incur additional charges and delivery times of 3 to 7 business days or more. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes at this time.

 

Please Note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

 

3. Subscription and Autoship Deliveries

 

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription or Autoship program:

 

· Free Shipping: Qualified subscription orders may ship free of charge.

· Schedule: Your order will ship according to the schedule selected at enrollment (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly).

· Changes: You may update your shipping address or pause your subscription for future shipments. Please note that shipping address changes cannot be applied to an order that is already being processed; changes will take effect on the next scheduled shipment. We require a minimum notice period (e.g., 48 hours) before the next billing cycle to process cancellations or modifications.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

 

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in good condition. However, if issues arise:

 

· Damaged/Defective Items: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence and will arrange for a replacement or refund.

· Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the order date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier.

· Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong items due to a packing error, we will correct the issue promptly.

 

*Risk of Loss: * Title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are handed to the carrier. While we will assist with claims, MyBetterPathHealth is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered to the correct address by the carrier.

 

6. Special Considerations for Perishable Goods and Medications

 

· Frozen/Refrigerated Items: If your shipment contains frozen or temperature-sensitive items, they will be packed with insulation. We recommend being available to receive the package promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage due to failure to retrieve the package in a timely manner.

· Temperature Exposure: Be aware that temperature changes during transit (e.g., chocolate melting in summer) do not impact nutrition but may affect texture. We recommend storing items in a cool place upon receipt.

 

7. International Shipping

 

Currently, MyBetterPathHealth ships primarily to U.S. addresses. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. If offered, international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

 

8. Returns and Refunds

 

Products that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for replacement or refund. Due to health and safety regulations, consumable products (meals, supplements) that have been shipped cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Prescription medications cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once processed by the pharmacy.
